Something is not quite as you hoped? No problem. You have 30 days after delivery to send it back.

You can easily exchange it via our returns portal. The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods. We will then return the exchanged goods free of charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Consumers have a thirty-day right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Lifters Wear OHG, Homburger Straße 68, 61118 Bad Vilbel, shop@lifterswear.com, Germany) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

If you as a customer wish to cancel your order and make a return, you must do so via our returns portal. This is the only way we can ensure that your return is processed quickly and easily and that you are refunded the purchase price if necessary.

Please note that we may not accept returns received without prior notice or outside our returns portal, or processing may be delayed. Therefore, please use our returns portal to notify us of your return and to obtain further information on the returns process.

In our returns portal you can also create and print a returns label to stick on the parcel. Please make sure that the goods are properly packed and that all necessary documents (e.g. invoice or delivery bill) are enclosed.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in processing your return via our returns portal.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than thirty days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.

Note on returns:
If your return falls below the free shipping limit, we reserve the right to charge the shipping costs incurred retrospectively. We will deduct these from the order value of the return when refunding you.

Note on the refund amount:

The amount to be refunded will be transferred back by us as soon as possible. We will choose the same payment method that was used for the purchase.
