1. measure your waist circumference - find your center!
To determine your waist circumference correctly, grab a measuring tape and stand in a relaxed position. Find the narrowest point between your ribcage and your pelvic bone - this is usually just above your belly button. Hold the tape measure tightly, but not too tightly, and breathe normally. Now you know where your center is and can choose the perfect size for your new sportswear!
2. measure your hip circumference - your power base!
Your hips are often the foundation of your strength. To measure your hip circumference, position the measuring tape around the widest part of your hips. This is usually at the level of your gluteal muscles. Make sure that the measuring tape is parallel to the floor and does not slip. Simple, loose and precise - this is how you find the fit that supports your moves!
3. measure inner leg length - the way to the top!
The inside leg length is crucial for the perfect fit of your joggers. To measure it, you need a friend or a wall that you can easily support yourself against. Stand up straight and measure from the highest point of your inner leg to the floor. This will ensure that your sportswear neither slows you down nor drags, but accompanies you on your way to the top!
