RETURN & EXCHANGE - THIS IS HOW IT WORKS
RETURNS

1. Return the ordered item in its original packaging. Include a note with the following information in your return shipment:

Sample cancellation form

– Ordered on (*)/received on (*)
– Name of the consumer(s)
– Address of the consumer(s)
– Signature of the consumer(s)(Only for communication on paper)
– Date
(*) Cross out where not applicable.

2. Return the item(s) undamaged, as an insured package to: Lifters Wear OHG, Rodheimer Straße 9, 61118 Bad Vilbel, Germany.(Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.)

3. As soon as we receive your return, we will refund the invoice amount due to you within 14 days to the account you used to place the order..

Note: We reserve the right to charge shipping costs of 4.90 € retroactively, should the value of the goods of the order after deduction of the return fall below the minimum order value of 100 € for free shipping.

EXCHANGE
The ordered item does not fit you? No problem.

We will gladly exchange your order for the correct size.

Follow the steps as described under Return. Instead of the cancellation form, please include an info in the package with your name, order number and what size and/or color the product may be exchanged to.

The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods. We will then return the exchanged goods free of charge.
