Step-by-step instructions in the event of a return or an exchange

RETURNS & EXCHANGE - HOW IT WORKS
RETURN

1. Put the ordered item back in the original packaging. Include a note with your return with the following information:

– Ordered on (*)/received on (*)
– Your name
– Your adresse
– Signature of the buyer (only when notified on paper)
– Date
(*) Cross out inapplicable.

2. Return the item (s) undamaged as an insured package to: Lifters Wear GbR, Rodheimer Straße 9, 61118 Bad Vilbel, Germany (return costs must be borne by yourself)

3. As soon as we have received your return, we will refund the invoice amount due to you within 14 days to the account you used for the order.

Note: We reserve the right to subsequently charge shipping costs of if the value of the order, after deducting the return, should fall below the minimum order value for free shipping.

Exchange
The item you ordered does not fit you? No problem.

We are happy to exchange your order in the correct size.

Follow the steps as described under Returns. Instead of the cancellation form, please include information in the package with your name, your order number and the size and / or color in which the product can be exchanged.

The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods. We will then send the exchanged goods back to you free of charge.
