INFORMATION FOR RETURNING PRODUCTS

Something is not quite as hoped? No problem. You have 30 days after delivery to return it. Please note the following points (You will find our cancellation policy hier):

1. Exchange

If the size of the product does not fit properly, then a replacement is of course no problem. Please send the goods back to:

Lifters Wear OHG, Rodheimerstraße 9, 61118 Bad Vilbel, Germany

Please put an info in the package, in which size and / or color the product may be exchanged. The customer bears the immediate costs of returning the goods. We will then return the exchanged goods free of charge.

2. RETURN COSTS:

We do not accept the return costs for cancellation. Please make sure that your return is sufficiently franked. Unfortunately, we can not accept unfree shipments. These will automatically be returned to you at your expense.

3. RETURN:

Please enclose the completed cancellation form with your return or let us send it by e-mail (the model for the cancellation form can be found under the cancellation policy above).

We recommend the return as an insured package, not as a letter.

– As standard DHL parcel your return is insured up to a value of 500.00 Euro. Should this be lost on the way to us, you will get the value of goods refunded by DHL.
Unfortunately, we can not refund lost shipments!

– As a package, you can track your shipment online using the tracking number. So you see exactly, if and when your return arrived with us.
Important! The returned items must be in perfect and resalable condition.

4. REFUND:

The refund usually follows a few days after receipt of the return, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the revocation. You will always be refunded with the payment method used when ordering. (For orders by cash on delivery we need of course your bank account)

We reserve the right to charge the shipping costs amounting to 4.90 euros retroactively, should the value of the order after deduction of the return fall below 100.00 euros. This also applies to the shipping cost when ordering from another country.
